This is me really excited at Sunset Beer & drinking the awesome PB Hein syrah over the weekend. This syrah was robust, with flavors of blackberry & licorice, and very smooth. I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Also, Sunset Beer is raaaaaaaad. Definitely my new spot in case you’re into real-life stalking rather than internet stalking. I like it because not only can you buy delicious craft beers, but you can drink beer (& wine!) there in a cool library-esque (I don’t know why it reminds me of a library, I guess shelves? IDK) bar area that you can actually have conversations in.

That’s where I am in my life: I want to hang out in places where I can actually hear people talk. I’m an adult who wants to talk about things I’ve read & shit with my friends. So naturally I am drawn to chill & comfortable environments.

That also give healthy pours.
I don’t take kindly to shitty two-sip pours.

Tasting Notes: Full bodied & mad peppery with a long finish.

Ross Test: Unfortunately, I did not get to Ross Test it although I can say with certainty, I’d fucking Ross Test the shit out of this.
