The Pinot Project 2011 Pinot Noir It’s been a long couple weeks, and like anyone who’s had a long couple weeks, I’m taking tonight to chill out with one of my best friends: The Pinot Project. The Pinot Project has been one of my favorite go-to’s since it was gifted to me back in December. This wine is incredibly enjoyable & versatile for the $12 price tag. It goes with every meal possible plus any kind of chilling you could ever get into. Run it through a Vinturi, and FUUUUUUCK. Total perfection as far as this barely-making-it bitch is concerned. Especially for hanging out & watching cable. SO PERFZ. It pairs perfectly with the first/any season of Law & Order: SVU. Tasting Notes: Oaky with cherries, super smooth with a short finish. Kinda like I like my men! HA! JUST KIDDING! Shitty jokes aside, The Pinot Project is well-balanced & bold, which is exactly how I like my men.
